Not much is known about this mysterious man, but many allege to have witnessed the likes of him in their dreams and in moments of deep meditation. Others claim to have seen his semblance on alien spacecraft during their abduction and interrogation process. The few who have survived teleportation to alternate dimensions, such as the Distortion Dimension, and returned home in one piece have also mentioned experiencing visions of him, and some think they heard his voice, like the voice of an angel, guiding them in times of desperation. Others have even found his likeness pop up in their computers while traveling the byways of the internet, and while playing certain computer games.
There are many theories about the guy. Some believe he's like Elvis for his ability to show up ephemerally in different places, yet never get caught. Others think there are actually more than one of him. Perhaps, there is an alien race that has the characteristic red hair, and unusual ability to project various voices and make extreme facial expressions. One scientist has written a book claiming him to be an agent of several governments that has a slight case of multiple personality disorder. Journalists have to date been unable to get any comments from the governments of the world about the possible link he may have to their covert operations.
Whomever he is, or they are, there is no doubt that the picture seen here has jogged the memories of many, and full scale investigations by underground free-lance journalists are yet to turn up any substantial evidence that can confirm or deny any allegations about the whole phenomenon.
